She is survived by: her husband Billy "Bubba" Dougherty; her children, Courtney Parrish (Chris), Cody Dougherty (Kelli) and Ashley Dougherty (Jacob); her parents, Dennis Bailey and Mavis Bailey; her brother James Bailey; and her grandchildren, Liam, Madalyn and Josie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
