He is survived by: his wife Marion Deason Kelley; his children, Susan Kelley Moore (Wade), David O'Brien Kelley (Tina) and Karen Kelley Smithson (Mike); his grandchildren, Rachel S. Nichols (Stephan), Phillip W. Moore Jr. (Erin), Sarah Katherine Hackbarth (Graham), Avery K. Swann (Steven), Brinley Kelley and Matthew Smithson; and his great grandchildren, Ephraim and Wren Nichols.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either The Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
