John Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. John Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew John Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemarie Cefalu; his son John Robert Cefalu Jr.; and his grandson Jonathan Sciandra. He is survived by: his daughter Christy Dyle (Mark); his daughter-in-law Debbie Cefalu; his grandchildren, Danielle Ratliff (Ken), Josh Dyle and Johnny Cefalu; and his sisters, Mary Jane Tanner and Eva Hynds. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
