He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hallman; his daughters, Olivia Dale (Byron), Christina Carter (Warren), Lynn Fleming (Larry) and Rebecca Hallman; and his siblings, Angela Fitzgerald, Glenn Hallman and Tony Hallman. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
