It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonie Sue Hicks of Pinson, Alabama, who passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Vester Hicks; and her daughter Lisa Hassler. She is survived by: her daughter Areita Melvin (Terry); her granddaughters, Erica Bradford (Jay) and Jessica Uptain (Odis); her great grandchildren, Adalayda Uptain, Logan Bradford, Paislee Uptain, Landon Bradford and Leevi Uptain; and her son-in-law Rod Hassler.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Masseyline Church of God (4109 Masseyline Church Rd, Pinson, AL 35126). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
