He is survived by: his wife Barbara Patton; his daughters, Tracy Lynne Dudchock, Bobbie Jean Stewart (Scott) and Leigh Ann Donaldson (Brian); and his grandsons, Christopher Dudchock, Jason Dudchock (Bethany), Steven Dudchock and Noah Stewart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Research.
