He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dan and Evelyn Hassler; and his sisters, Alice Faye Couch and Marion Wright. He is survived by: his wife Patti Hassler; his children, Sunny Carvalho (Ray) and Rod Hassler; and his grandchildren, Anthony "Randy" Hassler, Daryl Crane (Drew), Taylor Karp (Shane) and Bailey Hardin (Tyler). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
