We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2025, at the age of 56, Darlene Metcalf of Pisgah, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Darlene may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Williamson and Betty Ann Williamson; and her brother Gary Wayne Williamson. She is survived by: her husband James Metcalf; her children, Daniel Metcalf (Megan Simmons) and Jessica Metcalf (Brianna Chambers); and her siblings, Roger Williamson, Debbie Prince, Sandy Hubbard and Glenda Goodson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kerby Funeral Home (17554 AL-75, Henagar, AL 35978). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
