He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Adams Curtis; his children, Jamie Curtis, Billy Curtis, Barry Curtis, David Adams and Michael Adams; his brother Randy Curtis; and his grandchildren, Michael Curtis, Steven Curtis, Dustin Curtis, Blake Hastings, Mercedez Willmon, Ciara Curtis and Yazmin Wininger. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
