She was predeceased by: her parents, George Curtis and Ruby Curtis; her siblings, Hazel Smith, Marie Diehl, Shirley Dodson, Helen Mabe, Lou Curtis, George Jr., Dan, Ed, James and Bob Curtis; and her grandparents, Henry, Mary Curtis, Rufus and Hazel Kirk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy, Barbara and Amy Morrow; her grandchildren, Alex Townsend (Danielle), Dillon Townsend (Tiffany), Callie Perry and Logan Perry; her great grandchildren, Elyssa, Kai, Jasper Townsend and Cillian Townsend; her brother Tommy Curtis (Jenny); her former husband Thomas; and her caregivers, Angel and Alanya. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
