Paul Eugene Wells Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Eugene Wells Sr. of Pisgah, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Paul Eugene may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Paul Eugene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Ethel Marks Wells and Willia Lewis Wells (W. L.); his son Paul Eugene Wells Jr.; and his siblings, Leon Wells, Elaine Phillips and Preston Wells.
He is survived by: his daughter Tricia Wells Lee (Holly Thurman); and his brother Roger Wells. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Corner Stone Funeral Chapel (40 Cornerstone Dr, Ider, AL 35981). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
