He was predeceased by: his parents, Sue Lynn Rutherford and Frank Martin; his brother Kerry Martin; and his grandparents, Yvonne Spence and James Ray Spence.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin Finch (Kenneth) and Tara Orr (Josh); his brother Jeff Martin (Denise); and his friend Ginger Brasfield Gerson.
