He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelia Young Sykes and William Thomas Sykes; his brother John William Sykes (JW); his siblings-in-law, Christine Sykes, A. Stanley and Onree Wilkinson; and his grandson Frank O. Pratt.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Williams Sykes; his children, Jean Leslie Pratt (Frank) and William Thomas Sykes II (Tommy); his grandsons, Franklin Edward Pratt, Daniel Joseph Pratt, Jackson Carl Sykes, William Thomas Sykes III (Will) and Benjamin Tomlinson Sykes (Ben); his great grandchild Leon Edward Pratt; and his sisters, Betty Jo Duke (Billy) and Carol Stanley.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Calendar Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
