He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Reid Smith II and Jule Smith; and his sister Jule Bugay. He is survived by: his son Andrew Reid Smith IV (Jennifer); his grandson Andrew Reid Smith V; and his sisters, Merrill Carter and Dora Kleinshmidt (Norm). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
