He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bartley and Emma Stone Bartley; his wife Helen Groves Bartley of Virginia; and his brother Danny Bartley. He is survived by: his children, Ronald A. "Ron" Bartley (Meredith) and Debbie Culbreth (Andy); and his brother Dave Bartley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
