He is survived by: his mother Cathy Miller; his sisters, Alicia Atwell, Christine Dickey and Gina Moyer; his uncle Bob Peirce; his nephews, Gerry Atwell, Christopher Atwell and Clay Callaham; his brothers, Keith Edmondson and Jeff McDonald; and his pet Rilos. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
