Perkins of Las Vegas, Nevada; his granddaughters, Ansley Elizabeth Rowell of Chicago and Anna Elizabeth Rowell of Prattville, Alabama; his brothers, Donald Perkins (Ruthie) of Rogers and Thomas Perkins of Bradenton, Florida; and his siblings' children, Kristen West (Phil), Daphne Malone (William), Ashley Turner (John), Michael Perkins (Jan) and Tom Perkins (Meara). He is also survived by his family and friends.
