She was predeceased by: her son Michael Haywood Cummings; her grandparents, Charles Scott and Lillie Savannah Scott of Marbury, AL; her parents, Margie Irene Tenney of Prattville, AL and David Conner of Wetumpka, AL; and her brother Bobby Joe Bush.

She is survived by: her siblings, William David Conner (Pat) of Prattville, AL, Terry Tenney (Violet) of Lightwood, AL, Shirley Acreman of Prattville, AL, Joanne Gilliland of Millbrook, AL and Yvonne Brown of Prattville, AL; her sister-in-law Regina Bush of Vida, AL; and her son Robert Kovar (Sherri) of Mobile, AL..

The family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to Easter Seals which helped her since she was a very young child with her Polio medical expenses and to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
