He is survived by: his former wife Cathy Thomas; his daughters, Leigh Thomas Haynes (Chris), Danielle Thomas and Honesty McBrayer; his grandchildren, Ali Haynes, John Haynes, Johnny Brown and Jackson Brown; and his caregiver Sandra Mann. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
