She is survived by: her husband Anthony Becker; her children, Carlton "Carl" Boone (Kelli) and Gail Woodall (Bart); her stepdaughters, Melanie Oliver (Tom) and Martha McCarthy; and her sisters, Ruth Dorsey and Pauline Lee. She is also survived by grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial donations to a hospice organization in honor of Maxine Becker.
