He is survived by: his wife Mary Parkhouse (Higham); and his children, Sharon Graves, Cheryl Botelho, Robert Parkhouse, James Parkhouse, Mary Parkhouse, Susan Johnson and Chris Lomax. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren; and many other loving friends and family.
