He is survived by: his wife Cyndi Freeman; his children, Jessica Freeman Moore (Scott) and Jared Freeman (Laura); his grandchildren, Logan Moore, Jackson Moore, Addison Moore and Natalie Freeman; and his brothers, Thomas Freeman and Larry Freeman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
