He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilbur V. Lovett and Mary Noblet Lovett; and his stepson Dennis L. Wise, Jr. (Lovett). He is survived by : his wife Jean Ludwig Wise Lovett; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Jill Lovett of Lock Haven, PA.; his grandchildren, Woody F. Wise (Alicia Wise) of Hudson, FL, Daniel M. Chestnut of Jacksonville, FL, Andrew Chestnut of Hudson, FL and Annie Rose Chestnut of Prattville, AL; his great grandchildren, Lillian Wise, Gabriel Wise, Ethan Chestnut, Elliana Chestnut and Piper Chestnut; his daughter-in-law Paula Gates (Michael John Patrick) of Deatsville, AL; his sister Deborah Stearns Woodard of Montgomery, AL; his grandson J. W. Woodard (Georgia); his uncle David; and his aunts, Mary Fetzer of Ethridge, TN and Augusta Fetzer. He is also survived by one brother-in-law, his wife, one niece and nephew.
