He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ankum Bend; his children, Hubert Bend Jr. (Sharel), LeVander Jackson (Bernard) and Jay Bend (Karen); his grandchildren, Candice Hunt (Fred), Hubert "Tony" Bend, Ryan Bend, Courtney Bend, Jay Bend Jr. and Nicholas Towner; his great grandchildren, Christian "Mari", Aleyah, Farrah, Fredrick Jr., Rhylee, Rhyan, Skyler, Lauren, Chaseton, Hampton, Alana and Raya; and his siblings, Ada Bend, Ruthie Rean Wilson and Cecil Daily (Anita).
