He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Sr. Hives and Sharon Hives; his brother Jimmie James Hives Jr.; his grandparents, Paul, Lena Hives, Mary Alice and Roosevelt James; his great-grandparents, Charles and Creola Winchester; his great-great-grandparent Arlena Pettis; and his aunt Joyce Winchester-Washington.
He is survived by: his siblings, Stephanie Danielle Hives and Anthony Eaton. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends.
