He was predeceased by: his parents, Deacon Talmedge Harrison Sr. and Fannie Mae Harrison; his brothers, Larry Harrison and Robert Harrison; his mother-in-law Maxine C. Evans; his stepfather-in-law Harrie Monroe; his father-in-law Dumas Evans Sr.; his brother-in-law Charles Ellis (Jerome Henderson); and his siblings' children, Chandra Broadanax and Morris Robinson Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Faye Harrison; his children, Chicketa Evans, Talemdege Evans (Sandria) and Antonia Booker (Greta); his grandchildren, Elijah Shell, Demarcus Evans, Saraih Shell, Phyllicia Evans, Antonia Booker, Antonio Booker Jr., Jarmar Booker and McKinzie Brock; his great grandchild Decairra Booker; his siblings, Elizabeth Lockett, Bobbie Puttnum (Harry), Katheen Ellis, Patricia Harrison, Barbara Phillips, Clara Chinkhwangwa (Fenwick), Raymond Harrison and Geroge Harrison; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jackson (Chirstopher), Jerry Johnson (Jerome), Barbra Henderson (Jerome), Dumas Evans Jr., James Evans (Jenifer), Phillip Evans and Victor Evans (Alisha). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holmes Street Missionary Baptist Church (316 Max St, Prichard, AL 36610). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
