He is survived by: his wife Tammy Perrigin; his children, Allison Ulmer (Mason) and Hunter Perrigin; his stepson Josh Russell (Katelyn); his brother Lloyd Perrigin (Kelly); his aunt Ida Mae Adams; his niece Sarah Perrigin; and his grandchildren, Cole Brown, June, Lincoln and Emme Russell.
