He is survived by : his wife Julie Higgins; his children, Mercedes "Sadie" Scott (Robert) and Tommy "TJ" Higgins (Sheyenne); his siblings, Ann Harrell (Bobby), Bruce Higgins (Lynn) and Marty Kimbrough (Sonja); and his nieces and nephews, Colby Hubbard (Jess), Shane "Bubba" Blackston (Shannon) of Bruce, Eli Higgins, John Vergoullis, Vicki Higgins (Justin), Christy Acton (Jon), Tiffany Brown (Nick), Amy Crumpton and Eva Burchfield.
