He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Shear; his children, Heather Lavender (Garland), Jami Stanley (Christian) and Adam Shear; his grandchildren, Blake Shear, Madison Tankersley (Zac), Abby Terrell, Ryder Stanley, Ryan Stanley and Conrad Stanley; his brother Tommy Shear (Valerie); his mother-in-law Shirley Phillips; and his nephews, Jacob Shear and Cody Rich.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Usrey Funeral Home - Pell City (21271 US-231, Pell City, AL 35125). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
