She was predeceased by: her husband James McClung Sr.; her parents, James Edge and Katie Edge; and her brothers, Roy Edge and Grady Edge.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Childress (Mike), Susan Rinehart (Greg) and Jim McClung Jr. (Robbie); and her grandchildren, Michelle Coleman (Jeff), Derek Childress (Angela), Katie Smith (Jeff), Emily Wycoff and Tod Ferguson. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Popes Chapel Church. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at the Popes Chapel Cemetery (61 Church St, Ragland, AL 35131).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Popes Chapel Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 1231 Pell City, Alabama 35125.
