She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel B. Cook and Arthell Cook Nelson; and her grandson Andrew Leftwich. She is survived by: her husband Rodney Bell; her children, Cynthia Ash (Michael), Crystal Brown and Michael Bell; her grandchildren, Hunter Ezell, Rachal Ezell Golden, Alicia Calloway, Gavin Bell and Carson Brown; and her sisters, Lynn Tovar and Teresa Woods (John). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
