She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Vaughn; her mother Myrtle Mosteller; her son Ralph Vaughn Jr.; and her brothers, Tracy and Harry Mosteller.

She is survived by: her children, Beverly Stephens (Greg) and Lonny Vaughn (Buffy); her daughter-in-law Ann Vaughn; her grandchildren, Chrystal Shepherd (Michael), Jessica White, Deiwon Stephens, Evie Stephens, Miranda Miller (Jeremey), Meghan Stephens, Elizabeth Linehan (Joey), Aimee Vaughn (Bryan McCarthy), Suzanne Vaughn, Dalton Vaughn (Caitlyn Shoemaker) and Shelby Owens (Logan); her brother John; her sister-in-law Peggy Vaughn; her friend Mary Parker; and her grandchildren, Amy Adcock and Daniel Littleton. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
