It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Imogene Frances Heathcoat (Rainbow City, Alabama), who passed away on May 2, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Snell and Laura Snell; her husbands, A. J. Baker and William E. Heathcoat; and her siblings, Bonnie Snell Mullinax, Willie Snell and Kenneth Snell.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Christopher, Jack Baker (Julie) and Cheryl Heathcoat; her grandchildren, Laura Johnson (Shane Martin), Nicky Morris (Corey), DeeDee Stross (Aaron) and Dusty Baker (Cindy); her great grandchildren, Shyla Johnson (Buddy Ellis), Dustin Johnson, Dustin Stross, Ramsey Stross, Dawson Baker and Aubrey Baker; and her great great grandchildren, Jayden Ellis, Carter Ellis and Talula Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Riddles Bend Baptist Church or MANNA of Gadsden.
