She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard L. Gulledge and Macie E. Gulledge; her siblings, Billie Jo Balenger, Marguerite Ellis, Maurice and Jimmy Gulledge; the father of her children Hugh Don Durham Sr.; her son Hugh Don "Bubba" Durham Jr.; and her close friends, Ron and Barbara Maise.
She is survived by: her husband William "Mac" McIntosh; her daughter Deesha Tallent; her son-in-law Shane Tallent; her grandchildren, Amanda Wolfe, Braxton Wolfe and Anna Tallent; her sister Patricia Richey; her siblings-in-law, Don Richey, Sally McIntosh and Sylvia Smith; her friend Dianne Vickery; and her nephews, Tim Richey, Baylor Richey, Jeff Lewis, Keith Peek, Logan Battles and Roger Murray. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
