He was predeceased by: his father Edward Howard Wade; his stepfather Kerry Reynolds; his grandparents, James Leroy Wade, Bertha Maureen Wade, Eva Jean Groover and James Burton Groover; his nephew Myles Edward Wade; and his close friends, Chris Jacobs and Chris Underwood.

He is survived by: his son Jackson Blaze Wade; his wife Jillian Wade; his mother Dawn Reynolds; his sister Fayedrian Wade; his nephew Joshua Myles Wade; his cousin Nathan Wade; and his close friend David Earl Watkins. He is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
