Though Myron may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Myron touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Gilbreath and Myrtle Gilbreath; and his wife Joyce Faye Wain Gilbreath. He is survived by: his son Darren Kent Gilbreath (Amy); his brother Terry Gilbreath of Suwannee, Georgia.; and his grandchildren, McCain Gilbreath (Abby), McCartney and Mabrey Gilbreath.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Edgewood Baptist Church.
