He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Baker; his brother JD Baker; and his parents, Arie Ann Baker and Alexander Stephen Baker. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Ann; his son-in-law Rick Pennington; his granddaughter Mandy (John Schmidt); and his great grandchildren, Hanna and Matthew Schmidt.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Collier-Butler Funeral Home (824 Rainbow Dr, Gadsden, AL 35901). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
