He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Clements Trimble and Flona Corine Whitaker Trimble; his wife Ruth Elizabeth Davis Trimble; and his siblings, David Evan, Edwin Alan and Linda Hyatt.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Clements Trimble Jr., Anthony Dwayne Trimble, Barrett Davis, Victoria Trimble Borne, Teresa Trimble, Nancy Trimble and Melissa Faith Smith (Kyle). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; as well as several beloved extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the North Chapel (4900 Martha Berry Hwy, Rome, GA 30165). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request to please donate to the Rome Shine Club or to Shanklin Attaway Post #5 Rome American Legion Honor Guard.
