She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Rasco and Flora Phillips Rasco; the father of her children Julius Robert "Bobby" Usrey; her husband Bennie Bellew; her daughter Kimberly Usrey; and her siblings, Ralph Rasco, Joyce Rasco Gatlin, Mary Gail Adams, Sonny Rasco and Marzell Rasco.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Usrey (Holly Tuggle) and Nicole Usrey Alexander (Jon); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Holt, Adam Mangum and Zac Mangum; and her brother Hershel Rasco. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
