She is survived by: her son Randy Berry Richard Murphy; her granddaughter Danielle Berry; her great grandchildren, Ben Berry, Lukas Berry and Lydia Womack; her children, Nellie Head Brothers, Billy Ray Head, Leverne Head and Donnie Head; and her sisters, Faye Martin, Jimmie Sue Parker and Patsy Head.
