Though Connie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Howard and Judy Howard; and her sister Kathy Lynn Howard. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Dowden; her children, Joshua David Fuller and Julie Vieva Stefanovic; her sister Carla Ann Howard; and her nephew Jesse Howard. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
