He was predeceased by: his stepparents, Clifford and Margaret; and his sister Sandra Gail Klink. He is survived by: his wife Effie Meadows of Rainsville; his children, Scott McKinley Meadows (April) of Rainsville and Kim Crye (Scott) of Rainsville; his grandchildren, Emily Westmoreland (George) of Rainsville and Blake Sims (Marisa) of Gadsden; his great grandchildren, Isaac Westmoreland of Rainsville Brothers, Wendell Miller and Allen Miller of Bon Aqua, TN; and his sisters, Denise Miller and Sheri Baker.
