She is survived by: her husband David Earley Smith; her son Jeremy Smith (Amy); her grandchildren, Sara, Redick and Ridge; her daughter Amanda Renfroe (Brandon); her grandchildren, Breanna, Leah, Hadley and Jackson; and her brother Terry Johnson of Fort Lauderdale, Florida..
