She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Matze Glenn and Roain Frances Blake Brothers; her sisters, Annie Lou and Sarah Jo; and her grandson David Alexander Elkins.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Choate, Mary Robbins, Amanda (Jonathan Phillips) and Melissa Choate; the father of her children Paul Choate; her sister Gloria Poore; her grandchildren, Arlen, Evan, Alex, Caleb and Mallory; and her great grandchild Ivan.
