It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbur Scott (Rainsville, Alabama), born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Sparrow and Ellen Sparrow. He is survived by: his wife Mary Scott (Angela Fox); his children, David (Ruth), Eddie (Leslie), Frank (Tanya), Justin (Krista), Ricky (Maranda), Carold (Kent) and Rebecaa (Steven); his stepchildren, Matthew Fox and Norissa Fox; and his close friend Paul Greene. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
