She was predeceased by : her parents, Josh Paulk and Lottie Smith Paulk; her husband Jarvis F. Thompson Sr.; and her brother Fred Paulk. She is survived by : her children, Jarvis Frank Thompson Jr. and Bonnie Wicker (Jim); and her siblings, Frances Gardner, Patsy Miles and Ray Paulk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ramer Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM.
