He is survived by: his children, Hugh Thomas Myrick Jr., Benjamin Thomas Myrick Sr. and Thomas Edward Myrick; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Thomas Myrick Jr., William Myrick, Maggie Myrick, Elizabeth Chavers, Gail Myrick, Samantha Myrick, Savannah Heartsill and John Myrick. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
