He was predeceased by: his son David Musick; his brother Larry Musick; and his son-in-law Casey Motter. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie L. Musick; his brother Danny Musick (Jacquie); his children, Lenn Lovvorn and Jane Chambers (Randy); his grandchildren, Zachary Lovvorn, Emily Lovvorn and Missy Hubbard; his great grandchildren, Clayton, Carter, Collin Lovvorn and Isabella Lovvorn; his daughters, Jan Chase (Mark) and Debbie Motter; and his cousins, Denise Dillman, Randall Sims and Elise Musick.
