He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester J. B. and Myrtle Fordham Crumley. He is survived by: his wife Sue Crumley; his daughter Sherry Smith (Ted); his grandchildren, Isaac Smith (Christen) of Ranburne, AL, Owen Smith of Ranburne, AL, Wes Smith and Nash Smith; and his sisters, Martha Corbeille, Joyce Deese and Patricia Sue Crumley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
