The memory of Betty Smith of Red Level, Alabama, who passed away on November 6, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Arthur Smith; her son Ronald Lee "Buster" Smith; and her parents, James Granville Majors and Ollie Day Majors. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Edwards; her granddaughters, Brandy Edwards and Angie Bishop (Clint); her great grandchildren, Damian Bishop, Zachariah Bishop, Dayton Phillips (Lauren), Daphne Edwards, Chassidy Edwards and William Edwards; and her great great grandchild Sean Phillips.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fairmount Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at the Fairmount Baptist Church Cemetery.
